Pictures of Ticks and Rashes

The following are pictures of the ticks that typically transmit Lyme disease as well as the resulting rash. Please note that the ticks and rashes are characteristic of Lyme disease strains in the United States and may vary in other countries. Also please note that not all Lyme patients develop the "classic" Lyme rash.
