The Lyme Disease Association of Ann Arbor provides patient/family support . For more information, call Meredith Spencer Foster or Neal Foster at 734-663-0756 (email: [email protected]).
Meredith and Neal have been active in the LD community since 1990 and have participated in many local, regional, national, and international conferences on LD. They were both first diagnosed and treated for LD in 1989. Meredith was a co-leader of the now-defunct Southeast Michigan Lyme Disease Support Group that met in Brighton, MI. She and Neal were both patients of Dr. Joseph Natole, testified in his defense in the original hearings before the administrative law judge, prepared questions for the cross-examination of the State's witnesses, and reviewed and provided additional exhibit material for the Amicus Brief filed by the Lyme Alliance of South Central Michigan as part of Dr. Natole's appeal of the State Medical Review Board's decision against him. |
