| We are here to support you and your family in your Lyme disease diagnosis and treatment with information, speakers, and monthly meetings.
Third Thursday of Every Month, 7:00 - 9:00 PM DIRECTIONS: Interstate 83 south to Exit 14 (Leader Heights Rd.). Take Exit 14 and turn west toward McDonalds. At the first traffic light past McDonalds (Pine Grove Rd) turn left into Country Meadows. Follow driveway and keep to the right. The building has three entrances. We are in the second (middle) columned entrance. Meetings are in the Chapel on the third floor of the facility. |
