Pictures of Rashes The Bull's Eye (EM, or Erythema Migrans) rash is an early symptom of Lyme disease. Lyme disease is caused by the bite of an infected tick. Proper treatment with antibiotics is mandatory. If untreated, Lyme disease may progress to a chronic stage that can be disabling and difficult to cure.
